Our Production Capacities
At UDS, we pride ourselves on a fully integrated production system powered by a modern and ever-evolving machine park. Our facilities include advanced cardboard laser cutting technology for precise and customized shapes, high-performance laminating machines ensuring top-tier durability and finish, and state-of-the-art offset and digital printing systems that deliver vibrant, high-resolution results across all materials. From prototyping to large-scale runs, our in-house capabilities allow full control over quality and timelines. Additionally, our newly expanded logistics warehouse optimizes the storage and distribution process, allowing us to handle complex, high-volume campaigns with speed and efficiency. Every step of our production process is built for reliability, flexibility, and premium quality—ensuring that your brand stands out at the point of sale.
Paper Cutters
With our advanced paper cutters and dedicated warehouse, you can count on a steady and responsive supply of paper, always ready to meet your production needs. There’s no need to worry about delays or shortages—we ensure full availability and control over your materials. One key advantage of our system is cost efficiency: by cutting paper directly from rolls rather than using pre-cut sheets, we significantly reduce production costs. Our equipment allows for precise, made-to-measure cuts, minimizing waste and maximizing the use of every sheet.
Offset Printing
We have two high-end printing machines: a five-color KBA 162a offset printing machine and a six-color KBA 164. This allows us to print on a variety of materials with weights ranging from 80 g/m² to 600 g/m², offering us a wide range of creative and production possibilities. We also have the capability to enhance your prints. We can apply dispersion varnish or PP film to give your designs additional protection and aesthetic appeal. For special projects, we also offer UV varnish finishing to highlight the uniqueness of your prints and ensure their long durability.
Digital Printing
We use the state-of-the-art Nozomi 18000C printing press from EFI, which employs advanced LED-UV technology for direct printing on corrugated board. This solution offers not only outstanding quality but also cost efficiency. Our digital printing machine can achieve a maximum print size of 1,800 mm x 3,000 mm. This means that, regardless of your project’s size, we can execute it with perfect precision and attention to detail. In addition, our machine delivers an impressive printing speed of up to 7,000 m²/h, accelerating the production process and enabling fast turnaround times for small to medium print runs.
Lamination
Our lamination machines, which can handle sheets up to a maximum size of 1,600 mm x 1,600 mm, guarantee precise and professional results. With two lamination units, we can process orders quickly and efficiently. We shorten lead times regardless of project size and offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality.
Analog Die-Cutting
One of our key advantages is our diverse range of die-cutting equipment. We have die-cutting machines and dies in various formats. Whether you need small or large die-cut jobs, we can meet your requirements. Die-cutting relies not only on the precision of the machines but also on the professionalism of our team. Our skilled specialists ensure perfect execution and meticulous attention to detail, helping your products stand out in the market.
Digital Die-Cutting
We are among the first companies to introduce this modern method of corrugated board die-cutting to the POS and packaging market. With our innovative Highcon Beam 2C laser die-cutting technology, we can deliver unique solutions for your products. We harness the full potential of digital die-cutting to create efficient, effective, and precise cutouts and details. As a leader in digital die-cutting technology, we offer exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail.
Folding & Gluing
We combine our extensive experience in assembly with advanced automatic folding and gluing technology to deliver exceptional quality, regardless of project complexity. Precision and attention to detail remain at the core of our work. Our Eterna EFOLD 2100 ensures stable and precise operation with synchronized motors, while its innovative systems prevent common folding issues. The Bobst Experfold provides smooth, highly accurate folding, automatic handling of non-standard packaging, and flexible operation for all types of corrugated and laminated materials. Our team can guarantee flawless folding and gluing, combining reliability, efficiency, and the high-quality standards you expect from UDS.
Co-Packing
We offer comprehensive support in the area of co-packing and operate two production lines with a total capacity of 6,000 Euro pallets per week. We provide our services in accordance with the highest product safety standards, as confirmed by HACCP certification. Working with us in co-packing saves you time and resources. Thanks to our flexibility, we adapt to your individual requirements and product specifications, providing you with optimal solutions.
Logistics
UDS is not only specialized in production but also provides comprehensive logistics and forwarding support. We understand the crucial role of logistics in ensuring the on-time delivery of your products to customers in Poland and across Europe. Our experienced logistics department manages the entire distribution process, from warehousing to final delivery. We efficiently manage inventories and optimize logistical processes. We deliver your products directly to retail stores, retail chains, and logistics centers, ensuring smooth and fast distribution.
